California State University, San Bernardino Music Department provides merit scholarships to students who have demonstrated above average proficiency with a musical instrument and have performed with a related university organization. Carol Channing and Harry Kullijan Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a degree in visual and performing arts or a teaching credential in art education. Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty Scholarship

Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty Scholarship provides a scholarship to a student enrolled in Liberal Arts, College of Business, or College of Education at any grade level. Applicants must have graduated from high school in either San Bernardino or Redlands, and must have financial need.

College of Arts and Letters President's Academic Excellence Scholarship

College of Arts and Letters President's Academic Excellence Scholarship provides scholarships to President's Academic Excellence students enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters.

Douglas A. Housel Memorial Scholarship

Douglas A. Housel Memorial Scholarship is awarded to junior or senior Liberal Studies students. Selected recipients must sign an agreement that they have never been convicted of a DUI.

Dr. Arthur A. Moorefield Scholarship

Edison Scholars Program - Arabic Studies Scholarship

Edison Scholars Program - Arabic Studies Scholarship is provided to upper division students majoring in Arabic studies with financial need. Must have a cumulative 2.8 GPA. Selected recipients must agree to participate in the Edison Scholars program.

Eri F. Yasuhara Scholarship Fund

Eri F. Yasuhara Scholarship Fund is awarded to Presidents Academic Excellence students who are enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters. Preference is given to students with financial need.

Gerry and Glenda Bayless College of Arts and Letters Scholarship

Gerry and Glenda Bayless College of Arts and Letters Scholarship is awarded to students who are enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to students with financial need.

James H. and Helen H. Urata Scholarship

James H. and Helen H. Urata Scholarship is awarded to College of Arts and Letters students with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Joseph K. Thomas Scholarship

Joseph K. Thomas Scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman or transfer student, registered as a full-time music major. Recipient must enter CSUSB with a high school or previous college or university cumulative GPA of 3.25 or better, must agree to participate fully in the major performing ensemble most appropriate to his/her applied performance emphasis during the entire academic year for which the scholarship is awarded, with the scholarship application form each candidate must submit a letter summarizing the students’s degree of need for scholarship assistance. Candidates who meet the above criteria will demonstrate their music performance proficiency at an audition to be scheduled about four weeks following the application deadline. Josephine Lombardo Scholarship

Josephine Lombardo Scholarship provides a scholarship to students enrolled under the College of Arts and Letters Music Program that demonstrates commitment to the study of classical music with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

P. Richard Switzer Scholarship

P. Richard Switzer Scholarship is awarded to CSUSB students who are enrolled in the CSU International Program or another approved academic program in France, who continue as full-time students during their study abroad period. Roger Broadfoot Memorial Scholarship

Roger Broadfoot Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students that work at the CSUSB Chronicle. The scholarship may also go to athletes or Spanish and French majors.

Ronald and Mary Barnes Scholarship

Ronald and Mary Barnes Scholarship provides renewable scholarships to Theater Arts majors with a 3.0 minimum GPA. Preference goes to students who participate in two or more theater-related areas.

Sam and Beverly Maloof Scholarship

Sam and Beverly Maloof Scholarship is awarded to undergraduates students majoring in art or a graduate student enrolled in M.A in Art or M.F.A in Studio Art and Design with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Must demostrate serious interest in pursuing a career in the Visual Arts. Financial need is preferred.

Vivien Bull Scholarship

Vivien Bull Scholarship provides a scholarship to a student with a minimum grade point average of 3.0. The student must have completed at least 24 quarter units at CSUSB, and be majoring in Liberal Studies with the goal of entering the teacher credential program.

Arrowhead Credit Union Scholarship  provides annual awards to undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled full time in the College of Business and Public Administration or the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Bellis Scholarship

Bellis Scholarship is presented to a Public Administration major who has completed an outstanding research paper as part of the requirements for any class in public administration.

Bernadine A. Taylor President's Academic Excellence Scholarship

Bernadine A. Taylor President's Academic Excellence Scholarship provides scholarships to students who are pursuing a degree in Business. Student must be working part time or full time. Priority will be given to students enrolled in the President's Academic Excellence program. Must have a cumulative 3.5 GPA.

Beverly Smith Scholarship

Beverly Smith Scholarship> is awarded to a student majoring in finance or ecology, and must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA.

Bruce and Nancy Varner Endowed Scholarship

Bruce and Nancy Varner Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a full-time sophomore, junior or senior student enrolled in the CBPA with a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Business Access and Opportunity Scholarship

Business Access and Opportunity Scholarship provides scholarships to freshmen or transfer students who are economically disadvantaged, and have been accepted into the College of Business and Public Administration.

Candace Hunter Wiest Arrowhead Distinguished Executive Officer Scholarship

Candace Hunter Wiest Arrowhead Distinguished Executive Officer Scholarship  is awarded to a student who is full-time, must be a sophomore or junior, must be a business major, must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and maintain a cumulative 3.25 GPA each quarter(s) in which the award is received.

Charles and Shelby Obershaw Scholarship

Charles and Shelby Obershaw Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time juniors pursuing a degree in Business with a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need.

CL Expendable Scholarship

CL Expendable Scholarship provides scholarships to CBPA students who have financial need with a minimum GPA of 3.5, demonstrating an interest in accounting and has a career goal as a CPA.

Daniel B. Bagdon Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time sophomore and juniors with a declared concentration in College of Business and Public Administration. Must have a cumulative 3.25 GPA.

David Montano Memorial Scholarship

David Montano Memorial Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a junior or senior student who plans to continue his or her post-secondary education at California State University, San Bernardino.

Dean Karen Dill Bowerman Scholarship

Dean Karen Dill Bowerman Scholarship provides scholarships to students in the College of Business and Public Administration, preferably with a concentration in management.

Donald A. Driftmier 2003 Arrowhead Distinguished Executive Officer Scholarship

Food Industry Sales Association Scholarship Honoring Jack Brown

Food Industry Sales Association Scholarship Honoring Jack Brown  Honoring Jack Brown offers five scholarships to students majoring in Business or Public Administration, available to sophomores, juniors, or seniors, and must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students employed in the food industry or demonstrate an intent of pursuing a career in the food industry. Financial need may be considered but academic excellence is the primary criterion for selection. Student scholarship recipients may reapply for up to four years.

Franklin Tomkins Memorial Scholarship provides scholarships to junior or seniors in the College of Business and Public Administration. Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Preference is given for financial need.

George H. Schnarre Arrowhead Distinguished Executive Officer Scholarship

George H. Schnarre Arrowhead Distinguished Executive Officer Scholarship  is awarded to students who are majoring in the College of Business and Public Administration and has a cumulative 3.25 GPA. Preference given to students majoring in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting.

Glenda and Gerry Bayless College of Business and Public Administration Scholarship

Glenda and Gerry Bayless College of Business and Public Administration Scholarship provides a scholarship to an accounting major who has completed Accounting 372 and has a 3.0 minimum GPA.

Hal Hoverland Scholarship

Hal Hoverland Scholarship  provides a scholarship to an accounting major who has completed Accounting 372 and has a 3.5 minimum GPA.

Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of the Inland Empire (IIABC) Scholarship

Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of the Inland Empire (IIABC) Scholarship Fund is awarded to students enrolled as a President's Academic Excellence scholar in the College of Business and Public Administration.

Jack C. Scott Memorial Scholarship

Jack C. Scott Memorial Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a student majoring in accounting with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.

James Robinson Scholarship

James Robinson Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time students preparing to enter junior or senior year toward a degree in the College of Business and Public Administration. Must have a cumulative 3.2 GPA.

Janice Tillema Memorial Scholarship

Janice Tillema Memorial Scholarship  awards a scholarship to a student with a minimum GPA of 3.0, living within Citizens Business Bank Service area which includes San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and Orange County, must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student, and must be a business major.

John F. Merrell Charitable Foundation Scholarship

John F. Merrell Charitable Foundation Scholarship provides scholarships to students enrolled in the College of Business and Public Administration program with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Must demonstrate an interest in accounting and/or finance.

John H. Merryman Scholarship

John H. Merryman Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to full-time undergraduate sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students in the College of Business and Public Administration. Students must be enrolled in the CBPA Management department with an interest in the entrepreneurship program, and have a cumulative 3.5 GPA. Preference is given to students with financial need.

Judy Davis Memorial Scholarship

Judy Davis Memorial Scholarship provides scholarships to marketing students with a 3.0 GPA or higher who demonstrate a commitment to serving the community.

Michael T. Slaton, Sr. Memorial Scholarship

Michael T. Slaton, Sr. Memorial Scholarship is awarded to upper division students majoring in Business Marketing (preferably with an emphasis in Economics or Commercial Real Estate), enrolled full-time with an overall GPA of at least a 3.0 in all college coursework. Preference will be given to Stater Bros. employees if all other criteria is met.

Mohamed & Senea El-Mahdy El-Ahraf Fund provides scholarships to students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program who have demonstrated distinguished administrative performance in the government sector.

Nancy E. Smith Scholarship

Nancy E. Smith Scholarship  is awarded to a full-time student majoring in public administration or political science who intends to pursue a career in public service.

Noel and Amanda Massie Scholarship

Noel and Amanda Massie Scholarship provides scholarships to students in the College of Business and Public Administration. Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Poma Family Business Scholarship

Poma Family Business Scholarship  provides scholarships to students majoring in a discipline in the College of Business Administration, demonstrates community service involvement, has financial need, and a minimum GPA of 2.9.

Richard C. Moseley Marketing Scholarship

Richard C. Moseley Marketing Scholarship  provides scholarships to students majoring in Marketing, must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, must be a sophomore, junior, or senior, and must be a full-time student. First preference will be given to employees of Stater Bros. Markets and immediate relatives of employees of Stater Bros. Markets. Second preference will be given to individuals employed in the supermarket industry as well as individuals who intend to pursue a career in the food industry. Robert and Yolanda Wengen Scholarship provides scholarships to students with a concentration in finance or accounting. Must be a full/part-time undergrad student with a cumulative 3.5 GPA. Preference is given for financial need.

Sidney and Ruth Saleson Scholarship

Sidney and Ruth Saleson Scholarship is awarded to students with a minimum 3.0 GPA and must be a single parent. Preference is given to students who have financial need.

Spirit of the Entrepreneur Scholarship

Spirit of the Entrepreneur Scholarship  provides awards to CSUSB students in good standing, has a minimum 2.50 GPA, is a major/minor in Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate or MBA level, and must be enrolled in at least eight (8) units each quarter. Preference is given to those students actively involved in entrepreneurial or business club activities on campus (such as the Student Entrepreneurs Association or the CSUSB Student Business Plan Competition). Recipients will be expected to attend, as a VIP guest of Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, the annual Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards program in November, to be recognized for their achievement. Students must complete an essay addressing the following, a) Why an education in entrepreneurship is important to them, b) how they will use the education-what business they hope to start and why, c) what the biggest risk is that they have taken in the past three years d) a description of the recent personal or professional failure and what they learned from it, and e) how the scholarship will make a difference for them. Sports and Entertainment Marketing Scholarship Fund

Sports and Entertainment Marketing Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to students in the Sports and Entertainment Marketing concentration with second preference to students in the Marketing concentration. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.

Stratham Homes / College of Business & Public Administration Dean's Ambassador Scholarship is available to students who are transferring to California State University, San Bernardino for the first time starting fall quarter. Broc Burns Scholarship

Broc Burns Scholarship  is awarded to a CSUSB college junior, senior, or graduate student who is admitted to the credential program that leads to becoming an elementary school teacher. If at the graduate level, the student must have received a bachelor’s degree at CSUSB. Preference will be given to a student who lives in the local mountain community, and who maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA.

California Portland Cement Scholarship

California Portland Cement Scholarship awards a scholarship annually to a full-time student in a teaching credential program preparing them to teach math or science at the secondary level

California Retired Teachers Association

California Retired Teachers Association  provides a scholarship to a senior or graduate student entering the field of teaching. The student is selected on the basis of financial need, academic achievement, and school and community activities.

Charles and Shelby Obershaw Scholarship

Charles and Shelby Obershaw Scholarship  provides scholarships to credential students in the College of Education, and to undergraduate business student. The award is for students that are at least a junior, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and financial need.

Clara McKinney Scholarship

Clara McKinney Scholarship   provides a scholarship to a student studying early childhood education with a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Consideration will be given to students who reside, or have resided, in the Barstow area.

Pacific Premier Bank Scholarship Honoring Bing Wong for his Leadership in Scholarship Philanthropy

Pacific Premier Bank Scholarship Honoring Bing Wong for his Leadership in Scholarship Philanthropy  is provided to a student enrolled in the master's program in the College of Education or interested in pursuing a master's degree, demonstrates an interest to continue education beyond a master's degree. Financial need is considered but not essential.

Patricia Arlin Scholarship

Patricia Arlin Scholarship provides scholarships to students in the Masters, Credential or Doctorate program.

Schools First Federal Credit Union Scholarship

Schools First Federal Credit Union Scholarship provides scholarships to students enrolled in an education credential program, have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Shelby Obershaw Teacher Education Scholarship

Shelby Obershaw Teacher Education Scholarship  provides an award to a student in a teacher preparation program leading to the multiple subject or single subject credential at CSUSB. Applicants must have completed 12 units toward the credential and have a minimum 3.0 grade point average during their junior and senior years.

Vairin/Gonzales Scholarship

Vairin/Gonzales Scholarship for the College of Education provides scholarships to students enrolled in the education program with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Victress Bower Scholarship

Victress Bower Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time students with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Scholarships for College of Natural Sciences

Arthur L. Littleworth Scholarship

Arthur L. Littleworth Scholarship in Water Resource Studies provide scholarships to CSUSB students who are residents of California, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and enrolled in any CSUSB degree program that offers a concentration in water resources or the MPA in Water Resources Management, demonstrates leadership qualities, and has financial need.

Bernard C. Kersey Scholarship

Bernard C. Kersey Scholarship provides awards to students that demonstrate an interest in water resources. A minimum 3.25 GPA is preferred. Students must be currently employed or express an interest in pursuing a career in the water industry.

Bitoun Family Scholarship

Bitoun Family Scholarship provides scholarships to help meet the cost of education including fees, books, expenses, room and board. Students must be enrolled in the nursing program and be a recipient of the Presidential Academic Excellence Scholarship.

Charles Fred Kellers Endowment

Charles Fred Kellers Endowment is awarded to a students majoring in Physics with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Students must demonstrate financial need.

Chemistry Summer Research Scholarship

Chemistry Summer Research Scholarship provides funding to Chemistry students for summer research.

College of Natural Sciences - Edison Scholarship Fund

College of Natural Sciences - Edison Scholarship Fund provides support for upper division students in the STEM majors (Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science/Information Systems). Students must be enrolled full-time and have a minimum 2.8 GPA. Financial need is preferred. Selected recipients must agree to participate in the Edison Scholars program.

CSU/Edison Transfer Scholarship Program

CSU/Edison Transfer Scholarship Program provide scholarships to transfer students with a 2.0 GPA. Students must be enrolled in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Computer Science, Engineering, Biology or Technology.

David and Dorothy Chen-Maynard Endowment

David and Dorothy Chen-Maynard Endowment provide scholarships to students that are enrolled in the College of Natural Sciences with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Doyle Boen/Eastern Municipal Water District Endowed Scholarship

Doyle Boen/Eastern Municipal Water District Endowed Scholarship provides awards to students enrolled in the MPA Water program or BS program in Environmental Geology. Students must have a cumulative 3.25 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Dr. Fook Fah Liu Scholarship

Dr. Fook Fah Liu Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time juniors or seniors in computer science with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Dr. Josephine Mendoza Scholarship

Dr. Josephine Mendoza Scholarship provides scholarships to students majoring in Computer Science. Financial need is preferred.

Dr. Peter Wetterlind Scholarship

Dr. Peter Wetterlind Scholarship provides scholarships to seniors in computer science with a cumulative 3.5 GPA.

Dr. Prem Reddy Academic Excellence Scholarship

Dr. Prem Reddy Academic Excellence Scholarship assists in funding half of two President’s Academic Excellence Scholarship recipients (PAES) annually who are from the High Desert Region, and are health care majors (i.e. nursing, pre-med, and health education). Students must maintain a 3.5 GPA and complete a minimum of 36 units each academic year.

Frances Louise Davidson Crum Scholarship

Janie Gehrke & Kimberly-Wallace-Movaghar Nursing Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time senior Nursing students with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

John Brudin Scholarship provides awards for students enrolled in the Environmental Geology Education program with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Students from Hemet/San Jacinto area are preferred. Financial need will be highly considered.

Katsuhiro Hoichi Scholarship  provides scholarships to students enrolled in a major under the College of Natural Sciences with priority given to nursing, computer science, and health-related careers, has a minimum 3.0 GPA, and has unforeseen financial need that endangers having to interrupt progress to degree. Kim Hughes Scholarship provides scholarships to honors student in the Math Department.

Krieger & Stewart Scholarship

Krieger & Stewart Scholarship  Honoring James H. and Lois B. Krieger for their Leadership Roles in California Water Policy - provides scholarships to students based on academic achievement, career potential in water policy or water resources, as well as demonstrating outstanding individual character, and has financial need. Students majoring in the CSUSB bachelor's of science program, in environmental geology, or the masters in public administration, water resource management program, are eligible to apply.

Lena Pond Scholarship provides scholarships to full-time permanent residents of Riverside or San Bernardino Counties with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Leon V. and Marion G. Pittman Scholarship

Leon V. and Marion G. Pittman Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a full-time sophomore student majoring in biology, chemistry, mathematics, or physics. The emphasis in selection is on the student's academic record during their freshman year of studies at CSUSB.

Lois B. Krieger/Metropolitan Water District Scholarship

Lois B. Krieger/Metropolitan Water District Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a student currently enrolled or enrolling the Masters of Public Administration (MPA) program with a water resource management specialization within the College of Business and Public Administration, the B.S. in Geology, Environmental Geology concentration, or any future water-related majors developed at CSUSB, has a minimum GPA of 3.25, is currently employed in or expressed interest in pursuing a career in water, must currently reside in MWD's 5,200 square mile service area and has lived in the service area for at least one year (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties).

Krieger/Western Municipal Water District Scholarship   provides awards to students currently enrolled, or plan to enroll, in the Masters of Public Administration (MPA) program with a water resource management specialization in the College of Business and Public Administration, the B.S. in Geology, Environmental Geology concentration, or any future water-related majors developed at CSUSB. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.25, be currently employed in or expressed interest in pursuing a career in water, student must currently reside in Western MWD's 510 square mile service area (service area include: Jurupa, Rubidoux, Riverside, Norco, March Air Reserve Base, Corona, Elsinore, Temecula - west of the 15 freeway, Canyon Lake, Unincorporated areas around Lake Mathews, Unincorporated areas between Corona and Elsinore along the 15 freeway), and has lived in district for at least a year, financial need is considered but not essential.

Lucila Carreon Scholarship provides scholarships to students that demonstrate an interest in Nursing with a cumulative 2.5 GPA. Financial need is preferred.

Mike and Janie Ritter Scholarship

Mike and Janie Ritter Scholarship provide scholarships to full-time senior Nursing students with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Mojave Desert Charles L. Fryxell Scholarship

Mojave Desert Charles L.Fryxell Scholarship  awards scholarships to CSUSB students who are residents of the Mojave Desert District or a graduate of a high school physically located within the district, to undergraduates enrolled in at least 10 units during the quarter in which the award is given and has a minimum 2.5 GPA, to graduate students enrolled as either a part-time or full-time student, and to recipients who can demonstrate a serious interest or commitment to environmental issues.

Ochoa/Fernandez Family Scholarship

Ochoa/Fernandez Family Scholarship provides awards to undergraduate students who have declared geology as their major. They must have received a B+ or higher in Geology 301. Awards will be used to offset field expenses.

PAES Nursing, Pre-Medical & Pre-Dental Scholarship

PAES Nursing, Pre-Medical & Pre-Dental Scholarship is awarded to a CSUSB student who is a Presidents Academic Excellence Scholarship (PAES) recipient in the College of Natural Sciences and complies with the criteria established under the PAES terms.

Peter Wetterlind Scholarship

Peter Wetterlind Scholarship provides scholarships to seniors in Computer Science with a cumulative 3.5 GPA.

Rhea M. Posjena Memorial Nursing Scholarship

Rhea M. Posjena Memorial Nursing Scholarship is awarded to a CSUSB student majoring in Nursing, has a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must be a sophomore, junior, or senior. Financial need is considered but not essential.

Richard Fehn Scholarship Endowment

Richard Fehn Scholarship Endowment provides scholarships to graduate or undergraduate students conducting research under the guidance of a faculty member in Biology. Graduate students are preferred.

Ruben Ayala Scholarship

Ruben Ayala Scholarship provides scholarships to students living in the Chino, Ontario, or Rancho Cucamonga area enrolled in the B.S. in Geology, Environmental Geology concentration or Masters in Public Administration with a water resource management program. Preference is given to students who have at least a minimum GPA of 3.25 and financial need.

Terry Hallett Fund provides scholarships to student enrolled as a Math major, has a minimum 3.5 GPA, and demonstrates an interest in a career in mathematics and/or pursuing a Master’s degree in mathematics. Preference is given to a math honors students and juniors or seniors.

WRI Endowed Scholarship in WR Studies

WRI Endowed Scholarship in WR Studies provides awards to full-time students in an undergraduate or graduate program at CSUSB. Students must demonstrate an interest in water resources evidenced by coursework, internship, or special project. Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrates an interest to continue education beyond a Masters degree. Financial need is preferred.

Alice Givens Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a re-entry student who has been out of high school at least 10 years, is an undergraduate student majoring in psychology, has financial need, and is enrolled in a minimum of 6 quarter units at CSUSB.

Anthroplogy Department Scholarship

Anthroplogy Department Scholarship awards to students with a 3.5 GPA, who are Anthropology majors; preference will be given to students who have resumed education after a significant break after high school and/or students who have in interest in archaeology.

Archaeology and Anthropology Scholarship

Archaeology and Anthropology Scholarship provides awards to students who are Anthropology majors and enrolled as full-time students.

Arrowhead Credit Union Scholarship

Arrowhead Credit Union Scholarship provides annual awards to undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled full time in the College of Business and Public Administration or the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. A $500 scholarship is awarded to a student interested in international affairs.

Aubrey W. Bonnett Scholarship

Aubrey W. Bonnett Scholarship  is a scholarship given to students whose major is in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences at CSUSB, must have involvement in some type of community service (volunteer service or internships for clubs and community organizations would be included) and exhibit some leadership with regard to same, and have a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Dr. Cheryl Riggs Student Award Fund provides scholarships to first-generation college students majoring in History with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Economics Alumni Scholarship

Economics Alumni Scholarship  is provided by generous donations from more than 60 graduates of Economics and Business Economics degree programs at CSUSB. Students must be attending CSUSB as a declared economics major or an administration major with a declared concentration in business economics. Applications and additional criteria are available through the CSUSB Economics Department Office.

Geography Department Senior Year Scholarship awards students who are geography majors, must be a senior year at CSUSB, and must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Helen L. Estremera – Charles R. Lewin Endowed Scholarship provides funds to graduate students enrolled in one of the four masters degree programs in the Department of Psychology. Qualified students must have minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate an involvement in any graduate program offered through the Psychology department. Financial need is considered but not essential.

Industrial Organizational Psychology Master of Science Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a CSUSB student enrolled under the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Master of Science Industrial Organizational Psychology program and has a minimum 3.30 GPA. First and second year students may apply for this scholarship. Financial need is considered but not essential.

Janczyk Scholarship provides scholarships to students who are declared as an Economics major or an Administration major with a concentration in Business Economics; students must have a minimimum GPA of 2.75 in their major and have completed at least 45 units of college coursework and 15 units of economic coursework.

Jerome Herbert Scholarship is for students enrolled in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and is a veteran of the US Army. Recipients should be majoring in criminal justice and have a minimum 2.7 GPA. Financial need is considered but not essential.

John and June Kennedy Scholarship  provides a scholarship to a student majoring in economics or administration with a declared major of business economics, and who has completed a minimum 12 quarter units in economics course work with a 3.0 minimum GPA, and a minimum 2.75 overall GPA. Mike Swank Fieldwork Scholarship

Mike Swank Fieldwork Scholarship provides funding for fieldwork for full time undergraduate Anthropology students and for full-time graduate students with an emphasis in Anthropology; students must have a letter of recommendation from a faculty member and submit a proposal about how the co-curricular activity will enhance their educational experience and must include a budget outline. Following the fieldwork, students must submit a summary of their experience.

Richard Garza Memorial Scholarship

Richard Garza Memorial Scholarship provides awards to students who have declared the Paralegal Certificate program or the Criminal Justice major with a Paralegal option; must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, have completed at least 45 units of coursework and are enrolled at least half-time.

Rick and Brenda Garcia Fund for Geography and Environmental Studies

Rick and Brenda Garcia Fund for Geography and Environmental Studies grants scholarships for any Geography and Enviromental Studies student in good academic standing. Awards may also be used for other purposes related to the mission, operation and function of the Geography and Enviromental Studies Department such as providing funds for equipment purchases or for stipends for faculty, graduate or undergraduate student assistants of the department.

Vince Vegna MFT-Kaiser Permanente Scholarship

Vince Vegna MFT-Kaiser Permanente Scholarship provides a scholarship to a student attending CSUSB as a declared psychology major who is enrolled in the M.S. Psychology Clinical/Counseling Psychology option as in beginning their second year in the program. Preference is given to a student serving his/her nine-month internship at the Moreno Valley Addiction Medicine-Chronic Pain Management Department with Kaiser Permanente.

William Craig Green Scholarship

William Craig Green Scholarship is awarded to one outstanding student who is enrolled in the Graduate program in National Security Studies. The next choice will be a student majoring in Political Science. Students are selected based on their academic merit and their participation in the National Security Studies program. Preference will given to active duty or military veterans or military dependents.
